Deposit, production & shipping
Your deposit starts production. The balance is paid before shipment, and we load at Ningbo port.
Plan the full cost, not just the machine
- Equipment
The machine or system, quantity and options: power supply, frequency and payment modules for vending cabinets; treatment duty and components for the RO system.
- Treatment & storage
Any separate pretreatment, RO unit, tank or pump your water supply needs. Ask for each item to be listed as included or excluded.
- Freight & import
Ocean freight, insurance, import clearance, duties and taxes from Ningbo to your site — arranged by you under FOB.
- Installation
Local installation, water and electrical connections, drainage and operation, using the agreed drawings.
- Consumables & parts
Filters and other consumables, spare parts and support. Filter cartridges and other consumables are excluded from warranty coverage.
Included items, options and exclusions are recorded in the quotation. Price, lead time and support terms are confirmed for each order.
Shipping and import
We quote sea freight FOB Ningbo. Under Incoterms 2020 the seller delivers once the goods are on board the vessel the buyer nominates, and risk passes to the buyer at that point.

Tell us your forwarder and vessel early: under FOB the buyer gives the seller timely notice of the vessel. For containerised cargo the ICC recommends FCA rather than FOB, and other trade terms can be discussed for your destination.
Documents you receive
- Commercial invoice — the basis for customs value and duties
- Packing list — crate count, dimensions and weights
- Bill of lading — issued by the carrier and needed to collect the goods
- Certificate of origin — where your country requires it or a trade agreement applies
- Product documents — specifications and operating instructions for your configuration
Customs classification
Water vending machines are commonly declared under HS heading 8476, automatic goods-vending machines; beverage-vending machines without heating or refrigerating devices fall under subheading 8476.29. Your destination’s customs decides the final classification, duty rate and taxes, so confirm the code with your broker before shipment.
Pre-shipment conformity programmes
Some countries verify regulated products before they leave China. Kenya’s PVoC programme requires a Certificate of Conformity from a KEBS-authorised contractor before shipment, and Nigeria’s SONCAP programme requires a SONCAP Certificate for each shipment of regulated products. Tell us your destination early: the inspection happens at origin, and we work with your inspection company on the documents for your configuration.

- Samples & minimum order
- Single-unit and small sample orders are welcome. Minimum order quantities depend on the model and level of customization.
- Payment terms
- A deposit is paid to place the order, with the balance paid before shipment. The payment method and deposit amount are agreed for each order.
- Shipping & trade terms
- Sea freight can be quoted FOB Ningbo. Other trade terms and shipping arrangements can be discussed for your destination.
- Production & lead time
- Lead time depends on the configuration and order quantity. The agreed production and dispatch schedule is confirmed in the proforma invoice.
- Warranty & consumables
- Warranty duration, coverage and support terms are agreed with your order. Filter cartridges and other consumables are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Installation & equipment support
- Local installation and utility connections are arranged by the buyer. Available instructions, equipment documents and technical support are confirmed for your order.
